Delivery to mainland UK is FREE, with the exception of North of Aberdeen / Oban where a £100 surcharge will apply.

When will the goods arrive?

Most items are held in stock and can be delivered within 14 - 21 working days. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date after we receive your order.

If in the unlikely event that the product is out of stock the furniture may take around 4-6 weeks to be delivered. If this is the case you will be given the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

All deliveries are carried out by at least 2 fully experienced men (all trained to British Association of Removers standard). All goods are placed in a room of the customer's choice and unwrapped so the customer can inspect the goods. Once inspected, the driver will obtain your signature on the proof of delivery note.

Please make sure you are available to receive the goods as a charge of £100 will be made for re-deliveries.

Please also note that you are responsible for ensuring the goods can be delivered to your home. If access is not possible and the product has to be returned a £100 charge to cover return delivery will be made.
